MIRAX ST – real-time monitoring at the facility without the use of infrastructure equipment
MIRAX ST is a modern Iot platform for gas concentration monitoring and personnel monitoring using wearable (personal) devices. Wireless data transmission technology allows you to receive gas concentration indicators, monitor personnel's physical condition and location in real time, and provide feedback from the employee in case of a critical situation.
The Russian development MIRAX ST, using Iot technologies, meets the requirements of occupational safety. It complies with the requirements of Order No. 528 of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Supervision dated December 15, 2020, and STO Gazprom 18000.3-022-2022 of Gazprom PJSC "Unified System of Production Safety Management WORKING AREA AIR CONTROL Procedure for Ensuring Production Safety".
The implementation of the complex at enterprises will reduce the level of injuries and accidents at work. With MIRAX ST, you can track an employee's location in emergency mode, assess their condition, and identify potential hazards during fire and gas-related activities.
Advantages of the MIRAX ST System:
-
Workplace Air Monitoring: Tracks air quality index, humidity, gas concentration, temperature, and barometric pressure.
-
Location Tracking: Real-time personnel positioning.
-
Activity Monitoring: Detects worker falls (from a height of 1 meter or more) and periods of immobility (from 3 to 30 minutes).
-
"Master-Tracker" Function: Features an "Everyone Evacuate" mass alert capability.
-
SOS Button: For immediate emergency signaling by the worker.
-
Communication: Supports text messages, voice messages, and short pre-defined alerts.
-
Photo Documentation: Ability to take and send photos from the device.
-
Data Analytics & Reporting: Collects statistics on employee movements and status. Generates comprehensive reports.
-
User & Role Management: Administer system users, assign roles, and create monitoring groups.
-
Domestic Software: The software platform is developed in-house and is based on the Russian Astra Linux operating system.
-
Wide Operating Temperature Range: All equipment operates from -45°C (down to -55°C for portable gas detectors) up to +65°C.
-
In-House Development: All equipment used in the system is the proprietary development of MIRAX.
MIRAX ST Management Platform - IoT
The system records data on which employees have been assigned personal (wearable) devices, what Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) they are required to wear, and which areas they are authorized to enter based on their job function.
Baseline heart rate values, measured during calm conditions in the work environment, are added for monitoring.
Readings from all sensors worn by the employee are analyzed, and the system alerts the dispatcher or the entire team if any predefined thresholds are breached.
All data is archived in detailed reports, showing where and how long each employee spent, along with instructions received from the dispatcher or supervisor during incident resolution.
The system is customizable to meet the client's specific requirements and transmits data at configurable frequencies and intervals for different metrics.
