Director Dmitry Yurkov, in his speech at the Council of Chief Metrologists of PJSC LUKOIL, spoke about the development, production and design of portable and stationary gas analyzers, MIRAX GS air pollution control systems in the working area, as well as about the features of semiconductor microelectromechanical sensors (MEMS) used in gas analyzers "MIRAX". In particular, he noted such advantages of MEMS sensors as sensitivity to ultra-low concentrations, which are difficult to fix with other types of sensors, long-term stability, resistance to poisoning, and selectivity.
The stationary gas analyzer MIRAX CE-01 for monitoring CO(e) and O2 was also presented, which is designed to monitor the oxygen content and underburning - CO(e) in the boiler furnace and chimneys. Distinctive features of MIRAX CE-01 - fast response and settling time, continuous recording of measured values even with CO(e), no need for gas sampling, no need for gas cleaning, short or no recovery time for CO(e), low the need for maintenance.
For the first time, new solutions in the field of industrial automation were presented: a programmable logic controller (PLC), distributed control systems (DCS), HiaGuard ESD - systems from HollySys (China).
