This past weekend was a true reset for us. Over a hundred brave souls from our team embarked on a two-day rafting trip down the legendary Chusovaya River.
Splitting into friendly crews of 8-10 people, we took on the elements. Our route stretched from the village of Ust-Koiva to the city of Chusovoy — 35 kilometers of scenic and at times unpredictable waterways. We weren't intimidated by the pouring rain, which gave way to scorching sun, or the treacherous rapids.
Along the way, the majestic landscapes of the Urals unfolded before us: we drifted past mysterious grottoes, deep gorges, bizarre rock formations, and hidden caves. This rafting trip energized us with the power of the water, the sun, and genuine, relaxed camaraderie.
Two days of active outdoor fun, heartfelt laughter, and shared adventures — that's the best recipe for team building!
The evening of the first day turned into an incredibly warm and soulful gathering: the warm glow of a campfire, heartfelt conversations, a guitar, lively singing, and dancing under the open sky.
This trip once again proved how vital it is to break free from the office walls to feel a real thrill, draw inspiration from the beauty around us, and become a truly united team!
